Get qualified while you train with Blue Haven

Blue Haven is currently offering several traineeship positions in Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) in collaboration with Kiama Community College. This opportunity allows you to gain an entry level qualification and begin your career path in aged care.

Learning will be one day a fortnight face to face at the Kiama Community College over 12 months starting in June 2023. Additional home study is part of the traineeship expectation.

Successful candidates will be paid to learn, get on-the-job experience, build a network of support from colleagues, and receive a qualification. At the completion of the traineeship, successful candidates may have the opportunity to secure a permanent role.
