Blue Haven appoints new Chief Operating Officer

Blue Haven CEO Jane Stroud has announced the appointment of Joe Gaudiosi as interim Chief Operating Officer.

Ms Stroud said Mr Gaudiosi’s extensive executive experience in the aged care sector would provide Blue Haven with the critical operational leadership needed to meet the challenges facing the industry.

“Joe has more than 20 years’ experience in CEO and CFO roles with Uniting Care, IRT and Multicultural Aged Care Illawarra,” Ms Stroud said.

“That he is a born and bred local is also incredibly important for Blue Haven, which has a proud history of more than 40 years’ service to our community.”

Mr Gaudiosi attained his Commerce Degree at the University of Wollongong before starting his career with Deloittes.

He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia New Zealand, Australian Institute of Company Directors and a mentor for the Regional Development Illawarra Leadership Illawarra Program.
